Your journey flows from sky to earth. Begin your morning with sunrise yoga and breathwork in our Sky Yoga Shala, 30 meters high, floating above rice fields. In the evening, descend into the grounding stillness of our Pyramid Yoga Shala to build your inner temple in the sacred quiet. We believe in ‘life-time balance’. This journey is deep, but it must also be joyful. You won’t just study; you will have time for pauses and rest. Between practices, rejuvenate in the 30-meter pool or nourish yourself with a sattvic (pure) smoothie. Evenings are for total care, as you’re held in a space awaiting SPA rituals, a sauna, an ice bath, and the loving, ancient traditions of a Balinese massage.

After an immersive day of practice, your muscles need their own Seva (service). This is your sacred reboot. Step inside, and Balinese aromas and healing oils calm your mind. Feel your muscles melt in the sauna’s warmth, then awaken every cell with a courageous plunge into the ice bath.
Imagine a traditional Balinese massage as healing hands work fragrant oils to release every knot. You sip herbal tea, overlooking the green. This is your sacred pause—a space to restore body and spirit, allowing you to return to the mat each day stronger and more open.
We believe in caring for those on this path. As our YTT student, we gift you unlimited sauna access, one complimentary 90-minute traditional full-body massage, and a 25% discount on all other spa services.
